Haapsalu Uksetehas manufactures the so-called German type pivoting-tilting openable, one-framed wooden and wooden-aluminium windows. The German type windows have several advantages over other types of windows. The properties to prove that are the following:
- minimal amount of washable surfaces;
- no threat of accumulating insects and dust;
- multiple number of ventilation options, which do not decrease the illuminating surface;
- possibility to install a transparent insect net;
- one hand movement allows to close the window from three sides and open the window in two directions.
These were the reasons why Haapsalu Uksetehas decided to start manufacturing German type windows in 1996.
