Laminated doors

Laminated doors are intended for actively used rooms, e.g., classrooms in schoolhouses, kindergartens, public toilets, offices, etc. High pressure laminate used for manufacturing the doors can tolerate hits and wear and it is available in a variety of different colours and patterns. The edge of the door leaf may be made of painted solid wood in a suitable colour, varnished hard precious wood or partially covered with stainless sheet metal.
Door frames can be painted, veneered or partially covered with stainless steel sheet metal. Frames covered with stainless steel sheet metal are suitable above all for doors which are used for transporting items which may get into contact with the door frame and damage it. Such doors are, for instance, the ward doors in hospitals and medical institutions.
